Consultations with the Practice Nurse can be booked in the usual manner by telephoning any surgery. The Practice Nurse can provide information and advice on health promotion, routine immunisations, travel health and management of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease. They can also be consulted for minor ailments and wound care.
New patients who register with the practice are requested to have a health check with a Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant.
We work closely with our attached team of Community Nursing Staff. This team is led by Ann Hodge and they can be contacted on

Health Visiting services are provided by Andrea Lines. Her contact number is
01866 822521. If you would like an
appointment to see a community nurse or to discuss disease prevention or health
promotion with our Health Visitor, then this can be arranged during normal
surgery hours by phoning 01866 822521 or 01866 822027 or
through the normal surgery numbers of 01631 710229 for Connel Surgery,
01866 822684 for Taynuilt and 01838 200204 for Dalmally.
